- Terms and Conditions. How to enter and participate in the “Son of a Donkey Perth Fan Experience” (“Experience”) and information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents who are 16 years or above. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental or legal guardian approval to apply for the Experience on these Terms and Conditions, including consent to the filming permissions provided in Paragraph 9. Employees, officers and directors of Promoter and its affiliates, partners and agencies are not eligible to enter.
- Entry Period. The entry period commences at 00:00 (AEST) on 3 October 2025 and ends at the earlier of (i) 5:00pm (AEDT) on 11 October 2025 or (ii) when ticket allocation is exhausted (“Entry Period”).
- How to Enter. To enter, visit www.sonofadonkeyperth.com.au (“Website”) and complete the Experience entry form in accordance with the entry instructions on the Website. Only entries submitted during the Entry Period will be valid. Entries that are incomplete or which otherwise violate these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid. A limit of one (1) entry per person applies.
- Entry Entitlements. The first 250 eligible entrants who fill in the Experience entry form in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will receive one (1) double pass to the Experience (“Entitlements”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Entitlements do not include anything that is not detailed above (e.g. flights, accommodation, ground transportation, spending money). Event tickets are only valid for the date specified and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the Promoter.
- Nominated Guest. The winning entrant warrants that their nominated guest is 16 years or above. The winning entrant is responsible for ensuring that their guest complies with these Terms and Conditions.
- Check-In Process. All winning entrants and their nominated guests are required to provide a valid form of identification (e.g. driver’s licence) upon entry to the Experience (“Check-In Process”). The Promoter will provide further details regarding the Check-In Process to the winning entrant’s nominated email address closer to the scheduled date of the Experience, being 11 October 2025.
- Meet and Greet. The first 50 winning entrants, together with their nominated guest, who successfully complete the Check-In Process may receive an exclusive “Meet and Greet” opportunity. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties about the attendance at the Experience of any specific individuals, including talent.
- Filming Permission & Promotion. All winning entrants and their nominated guests may be filmed and/or otherwise recorded at the Event and acknowledge and agree that their name, likeness and voice may be used in footage or other materials resulting from such filming which may be used to promote the Experience, Promoter and/or its content. Winning entrants may be invited to take part in other promotional activities conducted by Promoter after or in connection with the Experience. If a winning entrant invites and brings a guest to the Experience, the winning entrant represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and permissions from such guest to grant Promoter the same rights described herein with respect to that guest’s name, likeness and voice.
- Technical Issues & Failed Entries. Promoter, its affiliates, partners and agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, website, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorised human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information, including phone numbers, and/or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Experience.
- Modification, Cancellation & Disqualification. Promoter reserves the right at all times, in its sole discretion, (to the maximum extent permitted by law) to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Experience (including any part thereof) including, without limitation, should (in its sole discretion) any virus, bugs, non-authorised human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Experience. Promoter is not responsible if the Experience cannot take place or if any Entitlement cannot be awarded due to events or reasons beyond the reasonable control of Promoter. If the Experience is cancelled for any reasons whatsoever, the Experience will be automatically cancelled and, to the extent permitted by law, no prize substitution will be provided to any winners and no liability shall attach to Promoter (or any of its affiliates) as a result of any such cancellation. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting an invalid entry.
- Use of Data. Personal information supplied will be used in accordance with Promoter’s privacy statement (https://help.netflix.com/legal/privacy) by Promoter, its relevant affiliates and agents for the purpose of fulfilling the prize. By participating, entrants agree to Promoter’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Promoter's privacy statement. Participants can request access to personal information, or correct or update out-of-date or inaccurate personal information, Promoter holds about them by contacting experience@netflix.com. Promoter (or its relevant affiliate) will respond to all requests received from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable laws.
